The SafePlace SafeMeetings Program^TM

Meeting and event planners now have a valuable complimentary resource to assist them during the planning stages of a meeting.  SafeMeetings helps in selection of lodging facilities, conference/convention centers and other public venues.  In addition to assisting in facility selection, this service may mitigate the planner’s liability in case an incident occurs during the meeting or event.

The SafePlace SafeMeetings Program makes information available about lodging facilities and other public venues that have earned SafePlace® Accreditation, a comprehensive, independent evaluation that helps ensure that recommended meeting and lodging facilities demonstrate compliance with stringent standards for safety and security.
